The conference will commence on the morning of Friday 24th October and end in the late afternoon of Sunday 26th October. There will be the opportunity for a city tour on Monday 27th October.
The Conference's opening session will feature plenary addresses by:
TAN Chuanbao, Professor of the Faculty of Education and the founder director of the Centre for Citizenship and Moral Education (CCME) at Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China. He will speak on Happiness and Education in Changing China.

Much of the Conference will be dedicated to parallel sessions for individual paper presentations; there will also be a school visit, a poster presentation session and ample time for dialogue and networking. A detailed programme will be available in due course.
APNME conferences provide a forum for educators from various disciplines, and with specific interests in the Asia-Pacific region, to come together for the sharing and exchange of ideas, perspectives, experiences, practices, research and resources with regard to teaching and learning in the areas of moral education, values education and citizenship education.
