Presentation Formats
• Paper Presentation
Individually or jointly submitted papers presenting a disciplinary or interdisciplinary discussion on moral education will be grouped thematically by the Programme Committee into 75 minute sessions, with three papers, each of 20 minutes, and 15 minutes discussion. The Programme Committee will assign a chair for these sessions.
• Paper Symposium
Symposia will be of 75 minutes duration and normally include 3 or 4 papers organised thematically. Each symposium should have a symposium chair (typically the organiser). Discussants are optional, but discouraged if it precludes interaction with audience members.
• Poster Presentation 1: The Conference Theme
Posters related to the theme of the conference will be displayed throughout the conference and will be highlighted during a poster session on Saturday, May 23. Each author will be expected to be available to discuss his/her poster throughout the poster session. • Poster Presentation 2: Innovative Programmes in Moral Education
Poster presentations that focus on the practice of moral education, including new curriculum initiatives and instructional methods will be presented during the poster session on Saturday 23rd May. Presenters will be expected to remain with the poster throughout the session |
