Accommodation Booking

The main conference venue will be The Women’s College within the University of Sydney.

The College has very good quality and affordable student accommodation, which will be available for APNME Conference participants. Participants may, of course, arrange their own accommodation in a Sydney hotel, but this is very expensive and some way away from the University campus. We strongly suggest participants choose to stay at the College where we can network and enjoy community time together.

Room rates include breakfast and the conference registration fee includes lunches and coffee/tea breaks, all of which will be at the College.

* Guests staying at the regular rooms use communal bathrooms. Communal bathrooms are gender specific and have individual changes/shower and toliet cubicles.

** There are limited rooms with lockable ensuite bathroom shared between 2 adjoining rooms (same gender).

*** You may extend your stay before and after the conference dates, if you with, at the same price.

Facilities

  • An extensive continental breakfast, served in the Dining Hall, is included in all room rates. Special diets can be supported with prior notice.
  • All rooms are made up with linen and towels.
  • Most floors/wings have a TV room and pantry with tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities.
  • Wireless internet is available in guest rooms via online credit card payment. Price list available at Reception. Limited free internet is available on College computers.
  • Coin operated washing machines and dryers are available (detergent provided).
  • Reception is open 7:30am - 8:00pm (opening hours are limited on public holidays and very quiet periods). Guests should notify Reception in advance if they intend to arrive outside opening hours and call +61 2 9517 5577 on arrival.
