All flights will fly to Bali Airport (Ngurah Rai) in Denpasar, Indonesia (https://www.baliairport.com/ ). A taxi from Ngurah Rai International Airport to the Conference Venue (The Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel, ) costs around 200,000 to 250,000 Indonesian dollars (around16 USD to 20 USD, at the exchange rate on 5 February 2019, which of course may change).

Invitation Letter

The Conference Local Organizing Committee will provide a Letter of Invitation signed by Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA), Bali, Indonesia, if this is requested. If you require such a letter, please register for the conference first and then send your request and a copy of the photograph page of your passport to: conference@apnme.org no later than 30 April, 2019.

Trip Advice

The average temperature in June in Bali is normally around 27 (22 to 31) degrees Celsius. Participants are advised to check the prevailing Short Term Forecast (https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/indonesia/denpasar/ext) shortly before their departure and prepare accordingly.

In the Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel, the power sockets used are as in the following pictures. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Please check to see if you need a power plug adapter or voltage converter for the power sockets (outlets) used in Bali.

Travel Insurance

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for travel and health insurance with their local insurance agency, and also with regard to any necessary medication.

Participants are advised to take good care of their possessions at all times during the conference and while traveling; neither the conference nor any related organizations or persons can accept responsibility for lost or stolen articles.

Currency Exchange

The Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is the commonly-used currency in Bali. Money exchange services are provided in the hotel, and here you can get USD (United States Dollars), EUR (Euros), Chinese Yuan (CNY, Renminbi), Japanese Yen (JPY), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and so on.
