REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE IS NOW CLOSED

Register by submitting your online registration form and paying the conference fee and accommodation fee.

Participants are advised to pay for accommodation at the same time as they register and pay the conference fee.

The webpage allows you to register for the conference first and pay for accommodation on another occasion, but this will require you to fill in the personal information a second time.

All presenters must register and pay the appropriate conference fee by the early registration deadline date of 21 July 2011. If you do not register by 21 July 2011, and do not inform the Chair of the Programme Committee, Dr. Monica J. Taylor of your inability to register by this date, your abstract may be withdrawn from the Conference Programme.

Conference Fees

*¹ Please note that students registering for the conference are required to supply a copy of their Student ID (学生证).
*² There are limitations on the minimum and maximum numbers for the pre-conference workshops. If the minimum number (10) is not reached or the maximum exceeded, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to transfer to another workshop. Refunds for cancelled workshops will be given in Yuan at registration.
*³ There is a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 45 for the school visit. If the minimum is not reached or the maximum exceeded, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to transfer to the school visit on Wednesday afternoon and have your money refunded in Yuan at the registration desk in NICC.

Full Conference Registration Fee includes:

• A year's personal preferential subscription to the Journal of Moral Education

Registration of an accompanying person includes:

Accommodation, Subsistence & Banquet

The conference organisers have negotiated full-board package options for 4, 5 or 6 days to provide conference participants with optimal accommodation at the lowest possible prices. Each package includes a comfortable serviced room, plus three Chinese buffet meals per day, and the Conference Banquet, which will be held on Thursday, 27 October.

Our aim has been to provide participants with a conference in a 5-star hotel with full board and excellent facilities so that participants can engage with the conference in an inclusive environment. For participants not able to enjoy the benefits of these inclusive packages, please contact us to see if we can facilitate arrangements to suit your circumstances. Please note, those not staying at the conference hotel are responsible for making their own hotel bookings.

How to Register & Pay

1. Click here to Register for the conference. Only electronically submitted registrations will be accepted.
2. Payments should be made by on-line credit card payment, by Visa (using Verified by Visa), MasterCard (using MasterSecure), American Express or JCB. Cheques will not be accepted.
   
   
   
   
3. Conference and accommodation payments are all shown in US$ but the sum to be charged by our payment agent in China will be the RMB equivalent of the US$ amount shown. Unless your card is billed to you in RMB, your bank or credit card company will exchange the RMB amount into your local currency and so the sum charged to your credit card account (even if in US$) may be slightly different from the US$ amount submitted by you when registering.
4. After you have made payment, you should see a screen notifying you that payment has been successfully made and also receive email confirmation of this. Please print and keep this email confirmation.
5. If you wish to attend one of the pre-conference workshops, please register for it when you pay the conference fee.
6. Online registration and payment will be closed on 20 September 2011.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be made by email to the Nanjing Local Conference Office below. If notification is received by 20 September 2011, a refund of 50% will be made. No refund will be made for cancellations after 20 September 2011.
